Alix Earle has now spoken up about her fallout with Alex Cooper, saying that when she was working with Cooper's Unwell Network, she "constantly felt taken advantage of."
In the season finale of her Netflix reality series, Earle Meets World, which debuted on September 4, Alix Earle addressed the long-running feud. Following Cooper's public criticism of her in April, the 25-year-old influencer talked about the situation with her family.
Cooper, 32, was accusing Earle of fabricating a "fake narrative" and using "fake drama" to divert attention from other problems in her life. Earle reacted at the time with, "Okay on it!!" but did not publicly clarify what had taken place between them.
That changed in the finale, where Earle opened up about her experience working with Cooper and the Unwell Network.
Why did Alix Earle leave Alex Cooper's Unwell Network?
When the network launched in 2023, Alix Earle was among the first creators to sign with Unwell. In September of that year, the company launched her podcast, Hot Mess.
But in February 2025, the podcast left Unwell; Earle subsequently said that the circumstances behind the scenes had been "a little bit of a hot mess."
Alix Earle stated in Earle Meets World that she learned she was no longer working with Unwell through the media. She further claimed that she did not have the same production resources as other Unwell shows and that there were "constantly issues" with the network.
Earle claimed that at first, she saw Cooper as an idol and possible mentor:
“From the start, I didn’t realize things were going wrong because I was obsessed with her. I was like, ‘This is my idol. I’m so happy to work with her.’”
She went on to claim that she "constantly felt taken advantage of and used and mistreated and manipulated":
“And then [I] constantly felt taken advantage of and used and mistreated and manipulated.”
As she thought back on the relationship, Alix Earle broke down in tears, stating that she had trusted Cooper and that she believed that trust had been broken.

What did Earle say about her appearance on Call Her Daddy?
Alix Earle also talked about her appearance on Cooper's Call Her Daddy show in January 2025. Earle claimed that during a "Truth or Drink" piece they shot, she was drinking when she was asked uncomfortable sexual questions.
Earle said:
“We’re filming her podcast, and she’s having us drink before and then asking me really sexual questions I wasn’t comfortable with. But then I’m also answering ‘cause I’m drunk.”
She said she answered the questions while intoxicated and later requested that some of the clip be cut. Cooper replied that she found the video "funny," according to Earle.
Alix Earle stated that she didn't necessarily want certain elements of her private life to be permanently accessible online; therefore, she was worried about the questions remaining online.
Earle's family background was also discussed in the program, including her stepmother Ashley Dupré's previous relationship with former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer. Dupré claimed that she was deeply impacted by Earle's talk about her past on Call Her Daddy.
Earle read aloud a text message she thought about delivering straight to Cooper at the end. In the draft, Earle described Cooper's attitude to business as "disgusting" and called her "manipulative and toxic." She said:
“You are manipulative and toxic. Go ahead and say ‘it’s just a business’ all you want, but the way you approach business is disgusting. You choose money over morals.”
Additionally, she claimed that Cooper had misled her and used her while she was young and new to the industry:
“You took advantage of me at a young age in a new industry I knew nothing about.”
Cooper, according to Earle, had warned her not to go "to war" with her:
“You are full of false promises, and Unwell was a continuation of that. We had a call where you threatened me to not go to war with you, because you know how sick and twisted you are.”
At the end of the message, Earle assured Cooper that she would no longer be afraid or trapped by the situation:
“Go ahead, share this, use it against me, but you will no longer scare or trap me. You’re right, I may be petty, but I’m not malicious. If there’s one thing I learned from doing business with you, it’s to never do business with anyone like you.”
Whether Alix Earle sent the text message in the end is still unknown.
