Barbara Palvin showed off her baby bump in a semi-sheer top and underwear during a dreamy maternity shoot with her husband Dylan Sprouse on September 4.
The model, who is 36 weeks pregnant with a baby girl, went pantsless in a vintage Victoria’s Secret blouse with dramatic cape panels and ruffle detailing.
Palvin debuted her baby bump at the Cannes Film Festival in May.
Barbara Palvin is nearing the end of her third trimester. To celebrate the pregnancy milestone, the mom-to-be took to Instagram on September 4 to share photos from a dreamy maternity shoot with her husband Dylan Sprouse.
For the ethereal photo shoot, Palvin, who is 36 weeks into her pregnancy with a baby girl, fittingly posed in a vintage Victoria’s Secret nightie in baby-pink. The sheer, cropped blouse was composed of a delicate, crinkled fabric with romantic ruffle detailing. Just below the bust, the ruched bandeau top split, revealing Palvin’s baby bump and a set of matching pink underwear.

The top also featured dramatic puff sleeves with floor-length side panels that blew behind her as she lounged with one hand on her stomach. She styled her long brown hair in glossy waves, and completed the look with bright pink lipstick.
In a separate photo, Sprouse, wearing a beige collared shirt and brown pants, hugged Palvin’s baby bump from behind. “Taking name suggestions 🧸,” Palvin jokingly captioned the photo gallery.

While the parents-to-be continue to go “back and forth” on names for their daughter, they have affectionately been referring to her as “principessa,” which means princess in Italian. “We’ve been calling her Principessa. It’s Italian for princess,” Sprouse revealed on a July episode of his podcast Wildmen, which he co-hosts with his best friend Brendan Columbus. Speaking to Columbus about his niece, Palvin said, “Your sister stole the name I love. I love Dorothy.”
Palvin debuted her baby bump publicly at the Cannes Film Festival in May while wearing a baby-blue evening gown with a sweetheart neckline and a feather-trimmed hem. Since announcing her pregnancy, the 32-year-old model has been open about her body image, the emotional changes she’s experienced as a first-time mother, and receiving laparoscopic excision surgery to remove scar tissue caused by her endometriosis prior to conceiving.

“So many women are suffering from endometriosis, so I wish people would pay a little more attention to that,” Palvin said in the same podcast episode. “Period cramps are not that normal. It doesn’t have to be normal. I was always suffering during the nights—Dylan knows—sleepless nights suffering on the floor, [practically] dying from pain and no medication would work. I would go to gynecologists and try to get diagnosed and they would always say, ‘Oh, no, you’re fine. You’re fine.’ It’s just your period. You have to go to a specialist. Luckily, there’s more attention around it now.”
At 36 weeks pregnant, Palvin and Sprouse are just days out from becoming first-time parents.
