Bronson Reed has returned to WWE with a very different physique and a mindset that could make his next run even more dangerous. The Vision member revealed that he is now around 100 pounds lighter than he was at his heaviest. He has used his long WWE absence for his transformation and to prepare for his eventual comeback.
Reed was close to returning from injury when he visited WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, last month. WWE has now shared more footage from that visit, showing Reed training in the headquartersā gym. The video comes just one day after his explosive return at Sunday Nightās Main Event.

The transformation is easy to notice. Reed appears to be in much better shape than he was before tearing his biceps in February.
Reed explained that he is now expected to weigh around 265-270 pounds. That is a big change from the 365 pounds he weighed when he returned to WWE in late 2022.
āBy the time Iām back, Iāll probably be around 270, 265, 270 pounds. And at my heaviest, when I came back to WWE at the end of 2022, I was 365 pounds. So youāre looking at about a 90- to 100-pound difference since then to now,ā Reed said.
For Reed, losing weight is about more than changing how he looks. He sees it as part of the growth needed to stay relevant. Reed explained that he constantly watches wrestling and uses it to set new goals. The thought of another wrestler taking his spot is also part of his mindset.

āSo in the last three, four years, I feel like if you donāt evolve, you die. So especially in this business, you have to keep moving with the times. And Iām watching wrestling all the time, and I think that puts me in the mood to have a target and a goal of what I want to do. I even think of it as someoneās taking my spot, you know what I mean? So I need to make sure Iām on top of my game,ā Reed added.
Bronson Reed also plans to bring back the unpredictable chaos that has become part of his WWE identity. He believes his ability to create ābig monster movie momentsā sets him apart from the rest of the roster. He also teased that fans can expect some wild moments once he is fully back.
With The Vision backing him, Reed suggested that he could start taking things from other wrestlers simply because he can.
His new mindset was summed up by a line he heard during his recovery.
āI was once told everything youāve ever wanted is on the other side of discomfort. So Iāve been pushing myself day and night to make sure Iām at my best. And next time you see me, Iām putting everyone on the roster on notice because when Bronson Reed comes back, itās on site,ā Reed said.
