Ainsley Earhardt made an appearance on The Girls this week and shared updates about her life following her marriage to fellow Fox News host.
Ainsley, 50, and Sean Hannity, 64, exchanged vows in Palm Beach, Florida, last month. During a conversation with hosts Kat Timpf, Melissa DeRosa, Kayce Smith, and Rachel Campos-Duffy, the topic of cosmetic surgery arose.
The Fox News panel talked about how certain facelifts can carry hefty price tags; host Rachel then directed the question toward Ainsley. She remarked on the YouTube podcast: "The thing is that the Kris Jenner-type [facelifts], those are really expensive. Maybe Ainsley, now that she's married to Hannity, can afford that!"

Ainsley, chuckling, responded: "No, we have no more money after the wedding, first of all!".
"And he would never let me! I would like to get my stomach done; after having a baby, it's a little bit toned, but it wrinkles with my jeans on.", reports the Irish Star.
Further into the discussion, Ainsley revealed she's interested in upper blepharoplasty, but Sean opposes it, and her neighbor expressed being "disappointed" in her.

She shared: "Sean won't let me. I said that to a lady in my building the other night, and she goes, 'I am so disappointed in you, Ainsley; you have a big career and a man's going to tell you what to do...'".

She continued: "The deal is, if I get this [surgery], he gets a motorcycle. Well, I don't want him to have a motorcycle! I'm not getting this!" Ainsley said getting her "stomach done" would be the surgery she would want most to get rid of the wrinkles after having her daughter Hayden via C-section in 2015.
The Fox News anchor exclusively wears tankini swimsuits these days, but explained that even if she wanted the procedure, her demanding work schedule wouldn't allow for the necessary recovery time.
Earlier in the podcast, she gushed about married life with Sean and how they openly display their affection at the workplace.
"He came into the studio this morning, and he was on Fox and Friends, and I said, 'Everyone, this is my husband'.
"He wears a ring now, too, and our CEO was in there, and she said, 'Let me see your ring, Sean, I've never seen you wear a ring,' so I'm excited. He's my husband. He's mine!" she exclaimed.

The couple exchanged vows at the Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, with numerous professional colleagues and prominent MAGA personalities in attendance.
According to reports, the guest list featured Fox News personalities Dana Perino, Bret Baier and Laura Ingraham. White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Scott Bessent, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, and U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Mike Waltz were also present, alongside Eric Trump, Lara Trump, and former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt.
