- Jennifer Lawrence shared the cosmetic procedures she has undergone and the ones she wants to get.

- She confessed she is “nervous” about fat transfers, although she likes observing other people get them.

- The 36-year-old also shared her love for radiofrequency facials, which she gets in lieu of certain procedures.

Jennifer Lawrence got candid about cosmetic work.

The 36-year-old revealed the procedures she has undergone and the ones she hopes to get. She confessed that certain surgeries are off the table, as they give her anxiety.

“I can’t really get very much done,” she told *Vogue* in an interview published on Thursday. “I need to have movement in my face — I get baby Botox, but I can’t do a lot.”

Baby Botox refers to when a patient receives small doses of Botox to smooth fine lines but preserve facial movement, as full injections can sometimes make the face muscles stiff, according to the Cleveland Clinic.

As for the plastic surgery that she’s interested in, Lawrence confessed that she is fascinated by fat removal and transfers.

“I’m really nervous about these fat transfers,” she continued. “I support other people doing them because I want to continue to watch and see what happens, but I don’t know about that. I mean, I would love to have a buccal fat removal. I can’t because everybody would know, but just know that I want that.”

Buccal fat removal involves removing fat from between the cheekbone and the jawbone. The procedure rose in popularity among Hollywood stars a few years ago, although some celebrities have been open about the risks of it. For instance, Karamo Brown previously shared that he endured serious complications from the removal, including saliva buildup, scar tissue, and chronic pain.

Since she won’t be opting for the procedure any time soon, Lawrence shared the treatments she gets in lieu of the extraction. She prefers facial treatments with radiofrequency, which helps tighten the skin.

“I do like the radiofrequency because I have huge cheeks and so I feel like exercising them as much as possible,” she shared.

Lawrence, who is known for her forthrightness, previously shared her openness to experiment with cosmetic work. The *Hunger Games* actress revealed to the *New Yorker* that she was considering a breast augmentation following the birth of her second child with Cooke Maroney in early 2025. She also confessed that she is planning on getting a facelift someday.

“Believe me, I’m gonna!” she told the outlet in October 2025.
