New Silo Season 4 theory hints at Stenson’s connection to the apocalypse

Silo Season 3 ended its ten-episode run this week with the shocking revelation that Daniel is still alive. Furthermore, it seems that the senator has been broken and remade into an executioner.
The first act of the season 3 finale follows a brainwashed Daniel, now going by the name "Troy", who is puppeteered by Stenson and other elites. This is why many believe that the fourth season will paint the billionaire as the biggest villain of the series.
While the official narrative maintained by the elites is that Iran was the one who bombed Atlanta, the internet is not ready to believe that a nation is behind this attack. Many fans believe that the biggest threat in the world of Silo is none other than Colin Hanks's Per Stenson, who was introduced in season 3 in the flashback portion.
Stenson might be behind the nuclear attack of Atlanta in Silo Season 3 Episode 9:
The season 3 finale has not confirmed that Per Stenson is the mastermind behind the attack on Atlanta. If Stenson and others are to be believed, Iran was behind the nuking of Atlanta, which happened in the penultimate episode. However, there is more to this storyline that the Apple TV series has not yet addressed.
Currently, the flashback scenes are set approximately three centuries before Juliette. The theory posits that the nuking of Atlanta was not the only catastrophic event. Fans believe that continuous nuclear war is why humans have been living in silos for three centuries.

According to this theory, Stenson is the one who downed Charlotte and her squadron's planes with nanites, pushing the US government to support his Silos project. His pièce de résistance was the bombing of Atlanta in the ninth episode of Silo Season 3, to push survivors to the underground bunkers where Per Stenson becomes the ultimate authority.
The season 4 teaser hints that Stenson is the mastermind:
Apple TV released a teaser for the fourth season, which confirmed that Per Stenson will be a part of the fourth season. A minute into the teaser, we see Stenson looking concerned by news footage of an environmental disaster. This look of concern suggests that the billionaire is an environmentalist.
Much like several tech bro self-proclaimed environmentalists of our world, the fictional billionaire in the Apple TV series seems to look down upon people below him. Therefore, he comes up with a radical plan to control humans. He designs underground bunkers, which will be accessible to only a small group of people.
To put his plan into action, Stenson first attacked Charlotte and her squadron, who are investigating Iran's nanite base. When that was successful, much like Ozymandias in Watchmen, Stenson committed genocide, with very few surviving humans in his underground bunkers.
But this is just a theory at this point, and things will be clear only in July 2027, when season 4 begins streaming.
