Shia LaBeouf is roaming around Rome.

In a video obtained by TMZ and published Tuesday, the *Transformers* star is seen wearing nothing but underwear in a hotel lobby in Italy's capital. In the footage, he asks hotel personnel for a light as a cigarette dangles out of his mouth.

"Come on, bro. Give me a f---ing match," LaBeouf says in the footage.

Representatives for LaBeouf did not immediately respond to **'s request for comment.

TMZ reported that LaBeouf was in Rome to attend his father's baptism.

LaBeouf was arrested in New Orleans on Feb. 17 when he was accused of attacking two men after being ejected from a bar around midnight during a Mardi Gras celebration. He was charged with two counts of simple battery after being treated at a local hospital.

The next day, LaBeouf posted "Free me" on X after news of his arrest broke.

Later that month, a judge ordered that LaBeouf enroll in rehab treatment for substance abuse, undergo drug tests, and post a bond of $100,000.

The *Holes* actor was arrested again on March 1 and charged with one additional misdemeanor count of simple battery. At the time, LaBeouf's attorney, Sarah Chervinsky, told the Associated Press that the second arrest was related to the same incident as the first, and that the actor voluntarily turned himself in once another warrant was issued for his arrest.

"No regular person would be required to post over $100,000 in bonds and be jailed two separate times for one misdemeanor incident," Chervinsky said at the time. "Just as he does not deserve preferential treatment, Mr. LaBeouf also does not deserve to be treated more harshly by the police and courts just because he is a public figure."

LaBeouf spoke about the incident in an interview with Channel 5's Andrew Callaghan, in which he insisted that he did not need to go to rehab.

"My behavior… I gotta deal with that. Does that mean I gotta go to rehab again? I'm just not into it, bro," the *Honey Boy* actor said. "I don't think my answers are there. I don't. I really, genuinely, don't. If I genuinely did, I'd go. I don't think I have a drinking problem."

The *Even Stevens* star also reflected on his perspective on the altercation. "I'll be honest with you: Big gay people are scary to me," he said. "When I'm, like, standing by myself and three gay dudes are next to me, touching my leg, I get scared. I'm sorry. If that's homophobic, then I'm that."

He added, "I am wrong for touching anyone ever."
