Despite her high-profile political career, Hutchinson has largely kept her personal life private, particularly when it comes to her romantic relationships.

After former Representative Matt Gaetz claimed they had a brief romantic relationship, she disputed his account during an interview with Rachel Maddow, saying she ā€œhas much higher standards in men.ā€

ā€œMatt is, frankly, a very unserious politician,ā€ she said. ā€œAnd I dont really have much else to say to somebody who is more concerned about a sound bite than actually passing legislation. Matt Gaetz, in my opinion, is somebody that I personally do not hold in high regard in terms of trust, and I do not think that Matt Gaetz has the best track record for relationships.ā€

She has yet to reveal whether she is married or currently in a relationship.
